The kill switch defaults to off. To enable manual betting set HORSERANK_REAL_BETTING=manual in stack/docker-compose.yml (under environment:) and restart the container. The DELAYED Betfair app key may or may not support order placement — if Betfair returns INVALID_APP_KEY on the first real bet attempt, the LIVE app key (£499) is needed.
